The properties below are examples of some of the types that will be included in the portfolio.

The first ones will be purchased as soon as we have recruited the first 40 members and every effort will be made to make these properties available for members’ use as quickly as possible. The first properties will be a combination of apartments and townhouses with a variety of sizes and locations to choose from.   

As properties are purchased, they will be added to the website with full details of the location and facilities as well as numerous photos of the property itself, gardens, swimming pool, etc. Each property will also have a chart indicating the number of points required to book each week throughout the year as well as showing which weeks are available and which have already been booked.

As soon as each property is purchased, we will be able to give an approximate date for the first member occupation, and bookings for any time after this date can be made immediately up to 18 months in advance. Bookings can only be made using the points already issued and all are made on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please be patient as we build the portfolio which will likely total around 50 properties by the time the club is fully subscribed in each location.
