How Does It Work?

  • Potential for Profit: Sell your membership at any time, with the likelihood of making a profit within two or three years as property values and the joining fee increase over time, offering a smart and flexible exit strategy.

Legal Structure

  • Legal Ownership: Each property portfolio is owned by a separate, registered company in Spain, ensuring full transparency and safeguarding member interests.

     

  • Strict Legal Compliance: HPC handles all legal aspects, ensuring the Club operates within regulatory guidelines.

     

  • Member Accountability: HPC is legally accountable to members, ensuring transparency and prompt issue resolution.

     

  • Maintenance Fund: All proceeds in the maintenance fund are fully accounted for at all times including any additional revenue generated from members purchasing additional points.

     

  • Membership Retentions: HPC retains 2% of the memberships as part of its remuneration, however the points are made available for members to buy for extra usage with the total revenue being paid into the maintenance fund. HPC shall not be allowed to sell these memberships for at least two years following the launch date of the club.

  • Expanded Property Choices: The maintenance fund is used to rent additional properties, increasing availability and variety for members beyond the owned portfolio.

     

  • Cost-Effective Rentals: Properties are secured on annual contracts at lower rates, offering members better value compared to standard week-to-week rentals.

     

  • Budget-Friendly Options: A selection of budget accommodation is available for those seeking more stays at lower cost while still maintaining the required quality standard.

     

  • Efficient Booking Process: Members can use their points to book both rented and owned properties through the same easy-to-use online system.

     

  • Quality Assurance: All rental properties must meet a strict standard to ensure comfort and provide peace of mind for every stay.

Maintenance of Properties

  • Top-Tier Maintenance: Properties are maintained to high standards, funded by member contributions using a dedicated maintenance fund.

     

  • Affordable Annual Fees: Members pay €3 per point owned (€600 for standard membership) to cover all upkeep costs and this figure is reviewed annually.

     

  • Comprehensive Coverage: Fees include property management, insurance, taxes, communal fees, utilities, cleaning and much more.

     

  • Seamless Management: HPC handles daily management and booking coordination for all properties.

     

  • Financial Transparency: Annual accounts for the maintenance fund are provided to members every January.

For Agents and Affiliates:

If you do not wish to join HPC but would like to promote it, we have an attractive programme where we pay €1,000 commission for any introduction which leads to the recruitment of a new member. If the member joins during pre-launch, then the commission will be paid when the member has paid their joining fee in full.

Key Benefits for Members:

Our existing members are also regarded as affiliates who will be rewarded with the same €1,000 commission for helping us increase our membership. This will also apply during pre-launch even though no membership fees have currently been paid. The commissions will be paid out once both the existing member as well as the referral pay their fees in full.
